SalesSuite is a comprehensive SaaS that allows FMCG organizations to manage their sales force and automate the process. The application includes features such as remote work logins, tracking work hours, remote ordering and invoicing, team performance tracking, monitoring the fleet, real-time order scheduling and much more.

After several implementations, a common request we received was a simplified view for higher-level executives to have the essential reporting features of the system.

After doing our whiteboard jamming, I decided the best way would be to separate the executive mobile app, with the essential features they requested. It was noted that the majority of the senior-level team members are occupied throughout the day, and they get only a very short interval to check up on the process.

The mobile app home screen gives an overall snapshot of the business. Users can get information about the business at the first glance. Additionally, with help of the BA team, we decided on the essential features which I then presented in the most simplified manner, allowing the users to get information without spending excessive time on the app.

I have used visual representations as opposed to text as much as possible. A selection of colours was used to distinguish important elements.
